Kentucky Call To Action
THIS CAMPAIGN HAS ENDED,
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
If passed, Kentucky Senate Bill 82 would end breed-specific legislation (BSL) in Kentucky by preventing local city governments from regulating dogs based on their appearance or perceived breed. This bill is in-line with scientific studies, veterinary, canine, and public safety experts which all agree that BSL and breed-based bans are ineffective and a waste of public resources. Even worse, they are discriminatory towards responsible owners and punish dogs based only on their appearance or breed, sometimes resulting in the seizure of loved pets that have done nothing wrong. If you agree that BSL in Kentucky should end, please take action by sending a message to Kentucky Senate members using the form below.
